How to become a NeoClub member?
Send us your NeoCode with personal data and a request to register you as a member of NeoClub. Email is sales[at]neokubs.lv

Where can I get the Neo Code?
For every original NeoCube you purchase from us or from our official dealer, you get the NeoCode (on the packaging). NeoCode is a unique 7-digit password that is known only to us. Register this code under your name. Use this code when you are making your next purchase and get discounts and other benefits.

Is it safe to provide my personal information to you?
Yes, it is absolutely safe. We will never ask for information that is private, such as: bank account, credit card number, personal code, insurance number, etc. We will only ask you to provide Name, Surname, Username, Phone number, Email and location information. This is an important part for you to be able to prove your identity when you win your prizes or recieve special offers, like discounts, free gifts, etc.

Is it benefficial to be NeoClub member?
We want the membership to be as benefficial as possible. At the moment we are providing discounts for NeoClub members. In addition, every member is authorised to participate in our NeoContests, where valuable prizes are won. Sometimes we even present cash to winners. There is more to come this year. Stay in touch!

What obligations does a NeoClub member have?
The best part of this membership - it is totally free. You don't pay any fees or participate in any programs, etc. It is not even obligatory to visit us.  You are free to choose how active you want to be as a member. However, for those active members we have a lot of surprises...
